If you wish to cancel your order, our customer service team is here to assist you. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch or within 30 days of receiving your items.

Cancellation and Return of Goods
If you decide to return your items, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the goods are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any items that are damaged while in your possession or during return transit.
Additionally, we are unable to accept cancellations for items that have been personalized or custom-made to your specifications.
Return of Faulty Goods
We encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect all products upon delivery. If you receive any items that are faulty or damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt for a prompt resolution. We will guide you on the next steps, which may include arranging a collection, requesting the return of the items, or advising on their disposal. Please do not dispose of any items without our prior notification.
If you are required to return items, please include a receipt for any shipping costs incurred, as we will reimburse you for the full postage amount. We advise reporting any damage as soon as possible to facilitate a quick resolution. However, any damage reported within 30 days will be addressed according to your statutory rights.
